Singer sues clinic, says group of workers idea he was once mentally unwell and wasn’t member of 4 Tops


WARREN, Mich. (AP) — The top singer of the 4 Tops mentioned a Detroit-area clinic prevented him and ordered a mental examination upcoming refusing to imagine that he was once a part of the Motown song team.
