GOVERNMENT’S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO VACATE BRIEFING SCHEDULE
Because of the election hung on November 5, 2024, the defendant is anticipated to be
qualified as President-elect on January 6, 2025, and inaugurated on January 20, 2025. The
Govt respectfully requests that the Courtroom abandon the difference points in time within the pretrial
agenda to have the funds for the Govt age to evaluate this unparalleled atmosphere and decide
the fitting path in the future in step with Segment of Justice coverage. By way of
December 2, 2024, the Govt will record a condition record or another way tell the Courtroom of the
results of its deliberations. The Govt has consulted with protection recommend, who don’t object
to this request.
