Any player who hasn’t played international cricket for the last five years or doesn’t have a central contract for the same period is categorized as uncapped.
“We’ll see what occurs within the public sale,” Jindal continued. “As in step with the rule of thumb, we will be able to book six gamers. The ones discussions shall be held first,” he concluded.
DC haven’t won the IPL since the inception of the league in 2008.
